pheww.. as been requested by ninot, finally i got my courage to make ops cleaning here hehe...
so student life bye bye already.. masa untuk bekerja. bekerja dan bekerja.. nak cari duit nak cari duit.
jadinya, nafas baru harus diberikan.. post post seakan akan budak sekolah harus dibehentikan serta merta. ehem.
lets start the writing with 'marilah mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat' yoshhhh!! iye bunyi nye tersangat bersemangat sebab baru ber tentang mata dengan kevin zahri ehem meltinggg~~ *okay dia somi orang -.-'
my oll baru menge-date bersama kevin di sheraton baru baru ni, and here we go!some tips from him untuk kita kita yang kuat makan ni but in the same time nak kurus.. ahhha.. suka taaakk...~~
dia bagi 45 tips.. and i list out 10 yang i rasa lebih reliable.
1. Eat every 3-4 hours! - haa gigirls have to eat less but frequently taw. sebabnye, bila kite lebih kerap mengambil makanan dengan jumlah yang sikit, perasaaan nak membaham mengalahkan rimau yang lapo tu akan kurang. atau, tak berani menjengah langsung barangkali
2. Go complex! - complex disitu bererti complex carb.. do eat more but not overdo girls... sebab complex carb provide slower and more consistent of release energy. so it is good lah kan as our body takes time to release complex carb chain into usable sugar. haa nampak tak disitu.
tapi jangan consume lebih, as complex food contain much calories.
3. WATER. all day along. - selain peneutral, plain water will calm your craving for sugar. yes, sugar contains high numbers of calories. so watch out girls! indeed it is better to take plain water than sweets when you are sleepy in class, cause plain water provide O2 to your brain and sweets only provide CALORIES to your body. ish ish teringat zaman waktu belajo dulu, 1 botol besar stok gula gula dalam bilik
4. Fruits can help. - kemanisan buah buahan adalah 1 nikmat rezeki yang Allah cipta.. and the sugar in fruits is digested differently than the empty calories in the white sugar.. it is FACT! besides, their fibre slow down the absorption of sugar. which means, our body just absorp sugar that needed only.
5. Exercise works wonder! - iya ibu ibu bapak bapak emangnya execise itu amat lah penting. demi kepentingan jantung dan peredaran darah yang optima.. ghettew.. tahukah anda, bila kita exercise badan kite akan release hormon endorphines? yes endorphines cnaturally surpress our appetite, ehem, ape lagi marilah beramai ramai mambuang habuk dan debu kasut sukan dan mula lah bersenam!! :D
6. Just say NO! - kevin simply said this. okay. tang ni i tak mampu berkata apa apa~~ tapi harus cuba juga! our mind is more powerful than our body. commit to say NO babe. we control it, not them.
*tak cukup kuat iman lagi nak cakap TIDAK kat makanan sedap sedap barangkali.. :(
7. Protein is cool! - tahukah anda, protein is the best daily diet taw. sebab protein control our craving to carb and create a feeling of fullness.. woaaahh i loike~~hehe so, the best protein source is fish :) chicken is also a protein source but eating breast is way better than a wing or drumstick.
8. Spice it up! - Consuming spicy foods also helps to suppress the appetite. besides, spciy helps to elevate your metabolism taw. haaa sape tak makan pedas kenalah belajo belajo ye.
9. Dont skip breakfast! - yes. i bet everyone knew about this. Better still, never skip a meal. Skipping a meal makes our blood sugar drop, resulting in tiredness and massive food cravings. As mentioned in my very first tip, in order to suppress your cravings you need to be eating some 5-7 meals per day. so girls, never skip the breakfast as we need the energy to start our day :)
10. Practice the 5 Ds! - In summary, you can follow the rules of five D’s to manage your cravings.
- Delay. As my previous tips mentioned, simply waiting can work wonders
- Distract. Keep active, go out and do whatever you can to distract yourself
- Distance. If you know you can’t resist temptations ... just stay away.
- Determine. If faced with a temptation, determine if you can afford to indulge?
- Decide and commit to your decision
Oleh itu tidak bermakna makan sikit itu adalah boleh kurus dan makan selalu tak boleh kurus. what i can summarised is continue to eat my favourites food and in the same time do check the calories consumed as take only my body needed. avoid to overdo it.
